Every leader who knows how to command a room draws on the same four core skills.

Over four weeks, I’ll help you develop each one, giving you practical techniques you can put to work straight away.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

Week 1: Personality

The confidence to lead a room, not just present to it. I’ll help you bring your personality to the stage in a way that builds trust, holds attention and makes people want to listen.

Week 2: Presentation

How to structure a pitch, keynote or address that holds attention and gets your message across. You’ll build your own presentation using the same principles I’ve used hosting for CNBC and ESPN, then put it into practice and learn how to deliver it with confidence.

Week 3: Preparation

What you do before you step onto the stage matters. I’ll show you how to prepare, practise and turn your words into a confident delivery, so nerves don’t take over when it’s time to speak.

Week 4: Performance

Bring everything together with body language, vocal delivery and presence. I’ll show you how to use all three with confidence, helping you connect with your audience and shine when the spotlight is on you.

  • Four focused sessions covering Personality, Presentation, Preparation and Performance, designed to build your confidence and skills week by week.

  • A supportive environment where you can practise, ask questions and build confidence without the pressure of the boardroom, pitch or stage.

  • Bring your own pitch, keynote, presentation or speech. You’ll have the chance to practise with content that matters to you, rather than simply learning the theory.

  • Learn techniques to manage nerves, strengthen your body language and improve your vocal delivery, including a physical and vocal warm-up routine you can use before any presentation.

  • Get feedback on your delivery, with practical exercises to work on between sessions so you can keep building your skills and confidence. description

GOT QUESTIONS?

  • This is a live online course starting on 7th October 2026. The first round will include a maximum of 20 participants to ensure everyone has the opportunity to receive personalised support on calls. Before the course begins, you’ll receive pre-work via email which will help you prepare from both a mindset and tactical standpoint.

  • The calls will take place on Oct 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th at 9am PST for 60-90 minutes.

  • All calls will be recorded for later access, however we encourage you to join all live to get the most from the program. The recordings of calls will only be available to your fellow participants, and all participants will be required to sign an NDA, in case of confidential information being shared.

  • Each live call in the course will last no longer than 90 minutes. If you choose the VIP package, you’ll also receive an additional 1-hour one-to-one public speaking coaching session with Louise.

    You’ll get the most from the course if you also spend a little time between sessions working on your own speech, pitch or presentation and putting what you’ve learned into practice. In total, the course and work in between should take you around 10 hours.

  • Once purchased, no refunds are available. We encourage you to sign up intentionally.
